Utilities: The County Utilities department has conceptually <br />approved franchised water and sewer plants for this develop- <br />ment. Wastewater treatment would be provided via an on-site <br />system; water would be provided either by an on-site system <br />or connection to the North Beach water system. The project <br />will utilize treated effluent to irrigate the polo fields. <br />9. Drainage: The conceptual drainage plan has been approved by <br />the Public Works department. This plan includes wet storm - <br />water retention and planted littoral zones which will be more <br />specifically addressed during preliminary PRD plan review. <br />Aspects of stormwater run-off quality are addressed further <br />in this report under "Environmental Concerns". <br />10. Traffic Circulation: The applicant proposes one main project. <br />entrance on S.R. A -1-A for both the eastern and western areas <br />of the project (driveways at S.R. A -1-A to align). The <br />project will provide left turn and deceleration lanes at this <br />entrance. Interior traffic circulation will be provided by <br />two-lane private roads. Low volume service entrances may be <br />proposed at various locations during preliminary PRD plan <br />review. <br />The applicant is proposing to delete a secondary collector <br />shown on the Thoroughfare Plan at the northern boundary of <br />the applicant's project.
