ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously <br />approved and authorized Camp, Dresser & McKee, Inc. to <br />perform preparation of preliminary and final drawings <br />and specifications for the Sludge and Septage Facility <br />for an up -set limit of $285,800; a formal work <br />authorization to be brought back to the Board for <br />approval. <br />(WORK AUTHORIZATION NO. 10 - REGIONAL SLUDGE FACILITY - DESIGN <br />SERVICES - ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD) <br />TAX LIEN ON TRACT "E" OF RIVER EDGE <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 2/23/88: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: February 15, 1988 <br />RE: TAX LIEN ON TRACT "E" OF RIVER EDGE <br />B.C.C. MEETING FEBRUARY 23, 1988 <br />As part of the recent acquisition of the River Edge water <br />treatment plant from Elliot Keppler, the County must clear <br />up certain liens which affect title to the property. 1 am <br />still working on the Sebastian Code Enforcement Board liens <br />and the mechanic's liens filed by a well drilling company. <br />The attached resolution will solve the problem of the tax <br />liens against Tract "E" of the property. <br />Passage of the attached resolution will allow the Tax <br />Collector to remove the lien from this property; therefore, <br />staff recommends its adoption. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 88-15, cancelling and discharging any and <br />all tax liens on Tract "E" of River Edge Subdivision. <br />95 <br />FEB 231988 <br />Boor 71 PAGE 95 <br />
