ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bird, the Board unanimously released the <br />original $100,000 letter of credit submitted by <br />Norman Hensick, Jr., for Woodlands of Vero, Inc., <br />accepted the amended letter of credit, approved the <br />Contract for Construction of required sidewalk im- <br />provements, and accepted the submitted warranty <br />maintenance agreement and bond. <br />(Copy of Contract for Construction of Required Sidewalk <br />Improvements on file in Office of Clerk to Board.) <br />(13.) Wieger:7REFERENCES: grove isle <br />Staff Planner BWIEG <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of March 1, 1988. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Grove Isle Subdivision is a 26 lot subdivision of a ±10.3 acre <br />parcel of land located in the northern portion of the Grove Isle <br />development (immediately south of River Shores Unit 1 Subdivision <br />on the east side of U.S. 1). The current zoning is RS -6 (Single <br />Family Residential up to 6 units/acre) and RM -6 (Multiple Family <br />Residential up to 6 units/acre) and has an LD -2 (Low Density. <br />Residential up to 6 units/acre) land use designation. At its. <br />regular meeting of December 10, 1987, the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission granted preliminary plat approval to the subdivision. <br />The owner, 1400 Development Corporation, is now requesting final <br />plat approval and has submitted: <br />1. a final plat in conformance with the approved preliminary <br />plat; <br />MAR 11988 <br />23 <br />BOOK 71 FACE 121 <br />
