Finney SRA <br />Right of Way Acquisition Agent <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Previously the Board approved and the county closed on the <br />purchase of road right-of-way at the appraised value of $10,693 <br />per acre. <br />The engineers have determined additional right-of-way is <br />needed as shown on the attached drawing. The property owner is <br />willing to sell to Indian River County the 13,750 sq. ft. at the <br />same $10,693 per acre appraisal price which equates to a purchase <br />price of $3,375.35 for the .31566 acre right-of-way. <br />RECOMMENDATION & FUNDING <br />Staff requests authorization to purchase the additional <br />right-of-way for $3,375.35.
