intrusion out, and if that is not true, then he would like to <br />know about it. <br />Chairman Scurlock felt the St. Johns River Water Management <br />District is more concerned with the quantity of water whereas the <br />Dept. of Environmental Resources is more concerned with the <br />quality of water, but Director Keating noted that the Water <br />District seems to be changing its position and is becoming more <br />concerned with the quality of water. He advised that staff would <br />have to research their files for written statements on positions <br />taken by these agencies. <br />Director Keating suggested that Dr. James Frazee of the <br />Water District and other experts in the field be invited to give <br />their input. <br />Chairman Scurlock felt it would be a good idea to table this <br />until we have heard opinions from Dr. Frazee and other experts, <br />and he preferred to hold it as a special meeting to allow the <br />Board to give it the proper amount of time. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously tabled <br />the continuation of this Public Hearing to a time <br />certain Special Meeting to be scheduled at an <br />appropriate time. <br />AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT BETWEEN IRC AND HRS <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 3/14/88: <br />34 <br />MAR 2219 <br />BOOK , I 1 FA GE 333 <br />
