H.REFERENCE: <br />Act g Director, Indian <br />River County Public Health Unit <br />As required in the contract between the Department of Health and <br />Rehabilitative Services and Indian River County, for health services, <br />we submit the attached contract amendment. <br />The amendment is necessary to reflect the fact that the Indian River <br />County Public Health Unit has just been "awarded" a decrease of approx- <br />imately three thousand ($3000) dollars in WIC funds. <br />We would appreciate this amendment being placed on the agenda of the <br />Board of County Commissioners at your earliest convenience. <br />If there are any further questions or we can be of further assistance, <br />please contact me. <br />Please note that there are six copies of the amendment. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />Amendment II to the contract between Indian River <br />County and the Dept. of Health and Rehabilitative <br />Services. <br />AMENDMENT II IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />SOUTH COUNTY REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANT IMPROVEMENTS <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 2/29/88: <br />MAR 2 2 1988 <br />35 <br />BOOK <br />. 1 PACE 334 <br />
