LETTER: Steve Krone, MSE, to James Davis dated Mar. 1, 1988 <br />DATE: March 17, 1988 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The Indian River County Parks. User Fee and Revenue Study is <br />complete and has been approved by the County Parks and Recreation <br />Committee. The total contract amount was $9,760. The consultant <br />has been paid partial payments in the amount of $8,784. The 10% <br />retainage of $976 is now due. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />The alternatives are as follows: <br />Alternative No. 1: Accept the User Fee Study as complete and <br />release the retainage. <br />Alternative No. 2: Deny release of the 10% retainage. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends acceptance of the User Fee Study and release the <br />10% retainage in the amount of $976.
