Heath REXFORD MEMO <br />Code Enfnrnement Officer nTSK_ CHF.ATH <br />It is requested that the data herein be presented given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of May 31, 1988. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION: <br />The County has been petitioned by Mickel Lee and Linda Lee <br />Rexford, owners of the subject property, for the release of the <br />easterly five (5) foot non -access easement, being the easterly <br />five (5) feet of Lot 13, Block D, Oak Ridge Subdivision Unit <br />One, Section 25, Township 33, Range 39 East, Indian River <br />County, Florida; according to the Plat thereof as recorded in <br />Plat Book 11, Page 94, of the Official Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. It is the petitioners intention to construct <br />a concrete driveway on that portion of the property. <br />The current zoning classification of the property is RS -6, <br />Single -Family Residential District. The Land Use Designation <br />is LD -2, Low Density Residential, allowing up to six (6) units <br />per acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell Telephone, <br />Florida Power and Light, Florida Cablevision Corporation, and <br />the Indian River County Utility and Right -of -Way Departments. <br />Based upon their reviews, there are no objections to the <br />release of the non -access easement. Staff analysis indicates <br />that traffic patterns would be handled adequately in the <br />-subdivision. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends to the Board through.the adoption of a reso- <br />lution, the release of the easterly five (5) foot non -access <br />easement of Lot 13, Block D, Oak Ridge Subdivision, Unit one, <br />being the easterly five (5) feet of Lot 13, Block D, Oak Ridge <br />Subdivision, Unit One, Section 25, Township 33, Range 39 East, <br />Plat Book 11, Page 94, of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0) adopted <br />Resolution 88-36 approving release of the easterly 5' <br />non -access easement Lot 13, Block D, Oak Ridge Subdv., <br />Unit One, as requested by Mickel Lee and Linda Rexford. <br />Boa 72 o � J 416 <br />MAY 31198 <br />
