RESOLUTION NO. 88-36
<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER
<br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN
<br />EASEMENTS IN THE OAK RIDGE
<br />SUBDIVISION UNIT No. ONE, LOT 13,
<br />BLOCK D,
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as
<br />described below, and
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves
<br />no public purpose,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
<br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian
<br />River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State
<br />of Florida, Whose moiling address is 1840 25th Street, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to Mickel Lee and Linda Lee
<br />Rexford, their successors in interest, heirs and assigns,
<br />whose mailing address is Post Office Box 650704, Vero Beach,
<br />Florida 32965=0704, Grantee, as follows:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right,
<br />title, and interest that it may. have in the following
<br />described easements:
<br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND
<br />INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.
<br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commis-
<br />sioner Eggert , seconded by Commissioner
<br />Bird , and adopted on the 31st day of
<br />May , 1988, by the following vote:
<br />Commissioner Scurlock Aye
<br />Commissioner Bowman Absent
<br />Commissioner Bird Aye
<br />Commissioner Eggert Aye
<br />Commissioner Wheeler Aye
<br />The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution
<br />duly passed and adopted this 31st day of May
<br />1988.

<br />Subdivision Unit No. One, Section 25, Township 33, Range 39
<br />East, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
<br />Book 11, Page 94, of the Official Records of Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
