Robert E. wiegers�liW REFERENCES. desmon <br />Staff Planner BWIEG <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of August 16, 1988. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />On September 24, 1987, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved <br />a minor site plan application submitted by Glenn Damon. Approval <br />was given to construct a 3,204 sq. ft. warehouse with associated <br />site improvements at 815 10th Court S.W. <br />Due to health constraints, Mr. Damon has been unable to commence <br />construction prior to the expiration of the approved site plan. <br />However, if no construction has begun by September 24, 1988, the <br />site plan approval will lapse unless otherwise extended by the <br />Board of County Commissioners. This petition was received by the <br />Community Development department prior to the expiration of the <br />approved plan;- as required by site plan ordinance. <br />No regulations have changed since the time of site plan approval <br />that would affect the approved plans. <br />AUG 16 1988 2� BOOK 73 454 <br />
