PINTO <br />DIRECTOR OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />FROM: JACK PEARCE <br />SPECIAL PROJECTS COORDINATOR <br />SUBJECT: WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS <br />U.S.#1 FROM 10TH STREET TO SOUTH RELIEF CANAL <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROJECT #UW -87 -05 -DS <br />Due to the fact that the Department of Utility Services was unable to <br />have this project ready for a scheduled public hearing on September 6th, <br />1988, permission is requested from the Board of County Commissioners to <br />re -schedule the public hearing for September 27th, 1988. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />adopted Resolution 88-56A rescheduling a public <br />hearing date regarding assessment of the above <br />project. <br />RESOLUTION 88-56A WILL BE MADE A PART OF THE MINUTES WHEN FULLY <br />EXECUTED AND RECE I VED .
