He felt the Board may want to write another letter to Doug King <br />itemizing the costs and asking for a commitment on water and <br />sewer overage. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, that the Board approve payment of <br />$3,991 for the lift station work, on the condition that <br />we have not exceeded the $65,000 total agreed upon; and <br />if we have exceeded the $65,000, ask the School Board <br />to pay for the $3,991. <br />Commissioner Wheeler was reluctant to -approve the work <br />without knowing if the School Board would pay for it if we have <br />exceeded our $65,000 contribution. <br />Director Pinto stated that he would do the work whenever the <br />Boards tells him to do it; however, the Center cannot open <br />without the lift station. <br />Commissioner Eggert felt it would take only 24 hours to find <br />out if this work is included on our List or not -and then talk to <br />Doug King. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
