Davis, P.E.,. <br />Public Works Director <br />SUBJECT: US 1 from loth Street to South Relief Canal <br />Joint Project Agreement - <br />Highway Lighting and County Resolution <br />REF.LETTER: Ruth Yanks, Utility Coordinator, to <br />James Davis dated 9-16-88 <br />DATE: September 22, 1988 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The Florida DOT has transmitted to the County a Highway Lighting <br />Agreement for the US 1 widening project between 10th Street and <br />the South Relief Canal. The agreement provides for construction <br />for approximately 50 lights along US 1 by the DOT. The County is <br />committed to paying maintenance and electrical service. The <br />approximate yearly cost to the County is $6,000.
