The final assessment roll has been prepared and is ready to <br />be delivered to the Tax Collector. Assessments are to be paid <br />within 90 days or in two equal installments, the first to be made <br />twelve months from the' -due date and the second to be made <br />twenty-four months from the due date at an interest rate of 12% <br />established by the Board of County Commissioners. The due date <br />is 90 days after the final determination of the special <br />assessment. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Since the final assessment to the benefited owners will be <br />less than computed on the preliminary assessment roll, the only <br />alternative presented is to approve the final assessment roll. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />It is recommended that the final assessment roll for the <br />paving of 37th Avenue from 12th Street to 14th Street be approved <br />by the Board of County Commissioners and that it be transferred <br />to the Tax Collector's office for collection. <br />Funding to be from the Petition Paving Account #173-214-541. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Final Assessment Roll for the paving of 37th <br />Avenue from 12th Street to 14th Street and author- <br />ized that it be transferred to the Office of Tax <br />Collector for collection at an interest rate of 12%. <br />COPY OF SAID ASSESSMENT ROLL ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO <br />THE BOARD. <br />REQUEST FOR TRAFFIC IMPACT FEE CREDIT - SANDPOINTE SUBDIVISION <br />Acting Administrator Collins reviewed the following: <br />28 <br />DEC 2 01988 <br />BOOK 75 F,1EE 4 8 <br />
