One of the requirements in his mind is that whatever <br />space he was given, it was to be used so that he did not have to <br />renovate and incur any expenses either through his office or the <br />Board's office. He believed that if he could have, on a tempo- <br />rary or quasi -permanent basis, the space on the third floor that <br />is currently occupied by Probation, that would suit his needs. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Eggert, the Board unanimously authorized <br />designating a parking space for the Clerk as requested <br />and authorized the County Administrator to get together <br />with the necessary people to pursue additional space <br />for Mr. Barton with the idea that he does need some <br />additional space, but it will have to be worked out by <br />himself and his staff. <br />DISCUSSION RE BUILDING PERMIT & INSPECTIONS REQUESTED BY ODESSA <br />CLARK <br />Commissioner Scurlock referred to the following memo from <br />Building Director Rymer, noting that while he was Chairman, Mrs. <br />Clark came in with this problem, and he suggested she put it on <br />the Agenda: <br />16 <br />
