Alternatives <br />1) Leaving 38th Court unpaved and follow up with a <br />petition and have it paved under our Petition Paving <br />Program. This could take a couple of years. <br />2) Paving 38th Court with escrow funds and under the <br />existing contract W.I.P. Gifford Sewer. <br />Recommendations and Funding <br />Staff recommends the paving of 38th Court from 45th Street <br />to 47th Street. Approximately 1,321 L.F. of new paving is <br />recommended at a cost of $15.00/ft results in a contract <br />price of $18,815.00. A change order with the Gifford Sewer <br />Contract is recommended so that the paving will be <br />accomplished under current bid costs. ,Funding to be from <br />Fund 430-000-169-00500 W.I.P.
