FEB 2 8 1989 <br />nu 16 f„W_E 236 <br />NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the enclosed <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment application, staff recommendations, <br />and the recommendations of the local planning agency are hereby <br />authorized for transmittal to the Department of Community Affairs <br />for a mandatory ninety day review period. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Eggert who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Scurlock and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was <br />as follows: <br />Chairman Gary Wheeler Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Carolyn Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C.
