APR 18 198 <br />BOOK 76 PAGE 597 <br />Commissioner Scurlock questioned an extension of 18 months <br />as he did not feel that was customary. <br />Planner Boling explained there is a difference; for site <br />plans, the normal extension is one year, but for preliminary plat <br />approvals, the extension time is 18 months. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Eggert, the Board unanimously granted one <br />18 month extension of the preliminary plat approval <br />granted for the Riverside portion of Sandpointe Subdi- <br />vision; said approval to expire on October 8, 1990. <br />I. The subject property is <br />zoned RS -6 Single -Family Residential (up to 6 units/acre) and has <br />an LD -2 Low Density Residential -2 (up to 6 units/acre) land use <br />designation. <br />8 <br />
