ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously <br />authorized the Chairman to execute the deed from <br />the County to Daniel I. Preuss and Steven Philipson <br />for the excess 13' of CR -512 road right-of-way; no <br />funding is applicable. <br />Assistant County Attorney Bili Collins reported that <br />Attorney Michael O'Haire advised us this morning that Mr. Preuss <br />has a well on the property that is still owned by the County, and <br />wished to have the authority to work out the necessary easement <br />agreements to allow Mr. Preuss to keep his well and drain his <br />property on County right-of-way. <br />COMMISSIONERS EGGERT AND SCURLOCK AMENDED THE MOTION to <br />include authority for Attorney Collins to work out the <br />necessary easement agreements to allow Mr. Preuss to <br />keep his well and drain his property on County <br />right-of-way. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION ON THE MOTION AS <br />AMENDED.
