The previously <br />approved townhouse site plan controls the construction of the <br />project and all related required improvements, while the subdivi- <br />sion plat delineates common areas and creates lots that can be <br />sold -off to unit owners. <br />The Public Works and Utilities Departments have no objections to <br />final plat approval. The County Attorney's Office has reviewed <br />the plat and has verified that all appropriate legal forms and <br />sufficiency standards have been satisfied. All applicable County <br />regulations regarding final plat approval have been satisfied. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant <br />final plat approval to the CAMBRIDGE PARK SUBDIVISION. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously granted <br />final plat approval for Cambridge Park Subdivision, <br />as recommended by staff. <br />F.
