When staff brings back that contract, the Board
then for the first time will look at the appraisals and either
agree or not.
ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com-
missioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously authorized
Public Works Director Davis to proceed with negotia-
tions as discussed above and bring back to the Board
for final approval a contract signed by the property
owner and himself or the Administrator.
REQUEST TO CLOSE INDIAN RIVER DRIVE FOR JULY 4TH - (SEBASTIAN)
The Board reviewed memo from the Public Works Director:
TO: James E.
