MEMO: Albert VanAuken to James Davis dated 6-1-89 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The FY 88/89 Road and Bridge Division Operating Account <br />111-214-541-035.31 has a current balance of $214,301 for road <br />resurfacing. Staff has previously recommended resurfacing <br />projects earlier this year which have been completed. Attached <br />is a memo from the Road and Bridge Superintendent which <br />recommends a list of roads requiring resurfacing at this time. <br />The main project recommended is resurfacing and widening of 66th <br />Avenue (Lateral "A") road between SR60 and CR510. Staff would <br />recommend that a 4' paved shoulder be added to all collector <br />roads requiring resurfacing. If this i$ included, an additional <br />$60,000 is required. These funds could be available within the <br />Road and Bridge Division budget line item 034.59 Other Insurance <br />($168,430 as of 5-31-89 available). <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends approval of the list of Road Resurfacing pro- <br />jects including the addition of a 4' paved <br />shoulder to 66th <br />Avenue. Funding to be from Account 111-214-541--35.31 ($205,550) <br />and a line transfer from 111-214-541-034.59 to <br />111-214-541-035.31 <br />in the amount of $60,000.
