<br />Commissioner Bird felt the new information in this matter
<br />was to find out that by disproving the new site and forcing them
<br />to revert back to the other site that was approved in their
<br />conceptual PRD, we really have not gained anything because they
<br />still have access onto the Boulevard and still have abutting
<br />multi -family residential.
<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by
<br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously agreed
<br />to rehear the issue.
