ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously scheduled <br />a Public Hearing on March 6, 1990, at 9:05 o'clock <br />A.M. for consideration of the adoption of the proposed <br />Late Night Retail Store Ordinance and authorized the <br />advertisement of such, as requested by Attorney <br />Brennan. <br />M. Release of County Utility Liens <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 1/31/90: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />�Y Sb <br />FROM: Cha les P. Vitunac - County Attorney <br />DATE: January 31, 1990 <br />SUBJECT: CONSENT AGENDA - BCC MEETING 2-6-90 <br />RELEASE COUNTY UTILITY LIENS <br />have prepared the following routine lien -related documents <br />and request the Board authorize the Chairman to execute <br />them: <br />Release of Assessment Lien <br />RIVER SHORES ESTATES WATER <br />in the names of JOSEPH A. ELOVITZ, JR. <br />Release of -Special Assessment Lien <br />NORTH COUNTY SEWER PROJECT <br />in the name of CLYDE AMBROSE POWERS and <br />ANN A.
