ASHER <br />BY: ASSISTANT DIRECT R OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: IMPACT FEES FOR FEDD INVESTMENT CORPORATION <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Developer proposes to construct two 20,070 square foot buildings <br />located on Lots 10 and 16 in the Interstate Commercial Park on 90th <br />Avenue. <br />Based,upon the drawings submitted for review, the buildings could be <br />subdivided into 16 units.
