The terms of the Grant Agreements <br />-for FY89-90 clearly state that the grant period is " October 1, <br />1989 through September 30, 1990". No new obligations may be made <br />for FY89-90 after September 30, 1990. You will have until October <br />31, 1990 to expend grant funds and liquidate all obligations. A <br />- final request for payment must be submitted no later than November <br />30, 1990. <br />In order to ensure that the Grantee understands that any grant <br />funds will revert to the Solid Waste Trust Fund after this <br />deadline, we are requesting that you sign the form on page 2 and <br />return it by May 16, 1990 to: <br />Department of Environmental Regulation <br />Solid Waste Section <br />2600 Blair Stone Road <br />Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2400 <br />Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated.
