BOOK 80 F'ndfic;� <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, to approve the concept of an <br />interjurisdictional concurrency management system <br />as recommended by staff; to approve the addendum to <br />the scope of services of the Tindale -Oliver contract; <br />and to authorize staff to work with the City of Vero <br />Beach and Town of Indian River Shores to develop an <br />appropriate interlocal agreement regarding same. <br />Commissioner Bowman asked if this was offered to the City of <br />Sebastian, and Director Keating noted that they only know about <br />it at the lower level so far. The two municipalities mentioned <br />in staff's memo came to us. <br />Commissioner Scurlock felt that actually the situation in <br />the City of Vero Beach, as well as in Indian River Shores, is <br />reaching critical much faster, and that is why they came to us. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />SAID ADDENDUM WILL BE MADE A PART OF THE RECORD WHEN FULLY <br />EXECUTED AND RECEIVED. <br />PARKING PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED W/CONSTRUCTION NORTH OF ADMIN.
