Rison Uv <br />Staff Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: May 23, 1990 <br />SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR CGN SUBDIVISION <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />_ meeting of June 5, 1990. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />CGN Subdivision is a proposed 2 lot subdivision of a +/- 5.61 acre <br />parcel of land located in the 1200 block of 37th Street, <br />immediately east of the Indian River Village Care Center. The <br />subject property is zoned MED, Medical Office and has a Hospital <br />Commercial Node land use designation. All roads, drainage and <br />utilities easements and facilities are to be dedicated to the <br />County. <br />At its regular meeting of January 25, 1990, the Planning and Zoning_ <br />Commission granted preliminary plat approval for the subdivision. <br />A land development permit for project construction was subsequently <br />issued. The owner's agent Mosby and Associates, Inc., on behalf <br />of the owners, David and Shelia Griffin, James and Dorothy Cain, <br />George and Lucia Nichols and Virginia Russell, is now requesting <br />final plat approval and has submitted the following: <br />1. a final plat in conformance with approved preliminary plat; <br />2. a Contract for Construction of Required Improvements; <br />3. a security arrangement acceptable to the County Attorney's <br />Office to guarantee the submitted Contract for Construction; <br />4. a certified cost estimate for the required improvements to be <br />constructed. <br />5.
