DeBartolo Corporation has been <br />actively involved in the DRI review and approval process for a <br />proposed regional mall and other commercial facilities• on a +/- 156 <br />acre site bounded by 26th Street on the north, 66th Avenue on the <br />west, and S.R. 60 on the south. The mall developer has also filed <br />with the County a comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning <br />application, which is exempt from normal submittal timeframes when <br />applied for in conjunction with a DRI.
