Mr. Rohani explained that this is a new element and a new <br />ordinance. These are the new requirements that were in the <br />Comprehensive Plan, and they mainly deal with the issue of when <br />we are allowing a septic tank and well to be used and with <br />requiring the building of dry lines for effluent re -use for such <br />things as golf courses which require a lot of irrigation, which <br />lines are to be dedicated to the County and must connect when the <br />facility is available. Section 918.05 deals with the connection <br />matrix and connection criteria. Permits shall be conditioned <br />upon demonstration of compliance with applicable federal, state, and local <br />permit requirements. As a requirement, developer must construct a dry line at <br />the time of construction.
