O C T 2. 1990
BOOK
FAIJE 6[ o
industrial category.
He and his neighbors believe it
will
forever invite comme.rcial usage by the present or subsequent
owners. Dr. Branigan urged the Board to help protect their
investment and to maintain the residential character of their
neighborhood and to deny this request.
John M. Brenner, architect on the Coor's home, emphasized
that the neighbors of the subject property should not be in a
position to lose their view of the river because of the building
of this greenhouse.- County ordinances al.low a greenhouse of 200
square feet, which would be 10' x 20" and the application that
has been submitted is for 12 times the allowable size. She
felt that no one in the neighborhood would have objected to a
greenhouse of that size if the Ames' had contacted each of the
neighbors about it initially.
