2 1990 BOOK 81 Fa;E <br />terms of size and screening, and Commissioner Bowman added that <br />at this point, it is totally incompatible. <br />Commissioner Wheeler concurred with the others that it is <br />too large a structure to be compatible with the neighborhood, and <br />was afraid it could set a precedent for other hobbyists who might <br />want to expand outside of what the norm would be for that <br />particular hobby. <br />Chairman Eggert stated that she also changed her opinion <br />after visiting the site, and would be voting to deny. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. The Motion <br />was voted on and passed unanimously. <br />ADDENDUM TO STIPULATED SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE DCA <br />Attorney Will Collins explained that the DCA has money <br />available to help make the remedial amendments to the Comp Plan. <br />We didn't process it along with the other part of the agreement <br />because we were not anticipating that there would be that much <br />involved. However, in looking at some of the internal <br />consistency requirements where you have to check the amendments <br />against your other elements, Director Keating feels it would be <br />worthwhile to take advantage of this grant. We need the Board to <br />authorize the Chairman to execute an addendum to the agreement <br />which would make us eligible for $8,000 in grant money. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Addendum to Stipulated Settlement Agreement with <br />the Department of Community Affairs, and authorized <br />the Chairman's signature, as recommended by staff. <br />COPY OF PARTIALLY EXECUTED ADDENDUM IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF <br />THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />45 <br />
