The Motion <br />was voted on and passed unanimously. <br />ADDENDUM TO STIPULATED SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE DCA <br />Attorney Will Collins explained that the DCA has money <br />available to help make the remedial amendments to the Comp Plan. <br />We didn't process it along with the other part of the agreement <br />because we were not anticipating that there would be that much <br />involved. However, in looking at some of the internal <br />consistency requirements where you have to check the amendments <br />against your other elements, Director Keating feels it would be <br />worthwhile to take advantage of this grant.
