MCCAIN <br />AND STAFFED CAPITAL PROJECT IN R <br />BY: DEPARTMENT OF U SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: FINAL PAY REQUEST FOR DERRICO CONSTRUCTION, <br />SUMMERPLACE PHASE II <br />IRC PROJECT NO. UW -89 -09 -DS <br />BACKGROUND <br />On October 11, 1990, a final inspection of the above -listed project <br />took place and was approved for acceptance by the County. We now, <br />wish to have the final Change Order No. 3 for quantity adjustment, <br />release of retainage, and final pay request approved. <br />ANALYSIS <br />'�,` Change Order No. 3 (attached) increases the contract amount by <br />$388.60. Also, please find attached Pay Request No. 4 in the amount <br />of $42,600.39, and release of liens, as well as their maintenance <br />bond. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the <br />Board of County Commissioners approve the final pay request and <br />Change Order No. 3 for Derrico Construction Company. <br />'NOV 6 B90 65 D06F 61 <br />
