UW -89 -09 -WEST -DS <br />BACKGROUND <br />In August of 1990, the Board of County Commissioners approved Change <br />Order No. 2 with Derrico Construction Corporation in the amount of <br />$9,790.00. <br />ANALYSIS <br />Per Change Order No. 2, a lump sum amount for this work was <br />negotiated, and is now due the contractor. Attached please find <br />copies of the pay request and release of liens.
