He noted that he was very <br />impressed with the time and effort they have put into this and <br />believed that what they have come up with is a great compromise <br />between man and nature. <br />Commissioner Bowman expressed her dissatisfaction with the <br />plan as she felt there is too much parking and too much paving <br />which will destroy a lot of that coastal vegetation.
