v <br />FEB 1 1991 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91- 16 <br />mor 82 F"a'E6639 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE LEASE OF SPACE <br />�- IN THE MAIN LIBRARY TO THE FRIENDS OF <br />THE LIBRARY. <br />WHEREAS, the County has recently completed a new main <br />library, and <br />WHEREAS, the Friends of the Library, an organization not for <br />profit which promotes Community interest and welfare has requested <br />to lease space in the new library, and <br />WHEREAS, Section 125.38, Florida Statutes, allows leases of the <br />nature sought by the Friends of the Library, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County that Indian River County shall <br />enter into a lease with the Friends of the Library under the terms <br />and conditions set forth in the lease attached hereto as Exhibit "A" <br />The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner <br />Scurlock and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Wheeler , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Vice Chairman Gary C. Wheeler Aye <br />Commissioner Don C. Scurlock Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K.
