The County
staff inspections would be very limited in scope.
Commissioner Eggert questioned the final inspection and
Director Davis assured the Board Boyle would be there for a final
inspection. All major bridge work, box culverts, all those things,
Boyle would be on site inspecting.
ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by
Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved
Alternative Number One as recommended by Staff and
agreed that staff would perform inspection services
during the last six months of construction.
REQUEST FOR WAIVER FOR FLOODPLAIN CUT AND FILL BALANCE
The Board reviewed memo from Civil Engineer David Cox dated
April 24, 1991:
82
