SECTION 01550 <br /> ACCESS ROADS, PARKING AREAS <br /> AND USE OF PUBLIC STREETS <br /> B. All trucks carrying earth shall be covered while moving with an appropriate <br /> tarpaulin. Should trucks hauling earth fail to cover their loads, the <br /> CONTRACTOR will be given two (2) written warnings, after which the <br /> CONTRACTOR shall pay a fine of $50 per uncovered truck to the Owner <br /> when invoked by the Owner to Owner's Engineer. All cleanup shall be the <br /> responsibility of the CONTRACTOR. <br /> C.
