01340 — Submittal of Shop Drawings <br /> 1.1 SCOPE <br /> A. Submit shop drawings, product data and samples as required by or <br /> inferred by the Drawings and Specifications. Submittals shall conform to <br /> the requirements of Article 6.17 of the General Conditions, Section 00700, <br /> and as described in this Section. <br /> 1.2 SHOP DRAWINGS <br /> A. Shop drawings are original drawings, prepared by the CONTRACTOR, a <br /> subcontractor, supplier, or distributor, which illustrate some portion of the <br /> work; showing fabrication, layout, setting, or erection details. Shop <br /> drawings are further defined in Article 6.17, Section 00700. <br /> B. Shop drawings shall be prepared by a qualified detailer and shall be <br /> identified by reference to sheet and detail numbers on the Contract <br /> Drawings. <br /> 1.3 PRODUCT DATA <br /> A. Product data are manufacturer's standard schematic drawings and <br /> manufacturer's catalog sheets, brochures, diagrams, schedules, <br /> performance charts, illustrations, and other standard descriptive data. <br /> Product data are further defined in Article 6.17, Section 00700. <br /> B. Modify standard drawings to delete information which is not applicable to <br /> the project and supplement them to provide additional information <br /> applicable to the project. <br /> C.
