t0 � 5� 13 <br /> Van Fleet Water Production Facility Improvements BVP 13-196 ►2 G'� . <br /> In the event of an unplanned or emergency situation, Polk County Utilities Operations <br /> will be notified immediately and repairs/recovery will commence to restore potable water <br /> service. Contractor will be financially responsible for repair and any loss of revenue to <br /> the County, due to the Contractor's action or any actions of the Contractor's <br /> subcontractors. <br /> 6) As-Built Record Drawings <br /> Contractor shall be responsible for as-built drawings and providing Engineer data for the <br /> Record Drawings. As-Built shall be submitted by the Contractor with the Certificate of <br /> Substantial Completion. <br /> 7) Shop Drawings <br /> Contractor shall be responsible for shop drawings and as-built drawings. Shop drawings <br /> shall be submitted to the County and Engineer(total of 6 sets) within 30 days of Pre- <br /> Award Meeting. <br /> 8) Permits <br /> County has obtained the following permits; <br /> • The Florida Dept. of Health has issued the Public Water System <br /> Construction Permit, for the Van Fleet WPF Imp., Permit No. 127239-327, <br /> obtained by the County. <br /> • Polk County Level 2 DRC Approval. <br /> • FDEP Environmental Resource Permit <br /> Permits are attached to this BV Solictation. <br /> Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and paying for all other permits not <br /> specifically listed as provided by the County. Upon notice of award Contractor shall <br /> immediately apply for all applicable permits to perform the work form the appropriate <br /> regulatory agencies. Contractor shall bear all cost. <br /> Permit fees shall not be included in base bid. Contractor shall submit a separate invoice <br /> to the County for reimbursement of permit fees as stated in the General Conditions. <br /> 9) Site Access <br /> Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring site is secured each day. Contractor shall be <br /> responsible for all tools, materials and equipment. <br /> Coincident with the construction of this project, other contractors may be working on the <br /> site,under contract to the County. Contractor will provide full access to the site and will <br /> not in any way hamper the efforts of other contractors. Contractor will coordinate with <br /> the other contractors to insure minimum interference. <br /> 94 <br />
