That can be attributed to more than <br /> 82% of the plan's action items having been implemented. Despite that success,there are still issues <br /> in Gifford that need to be addressed. By coordinating with the Progressive Civic League of Gifford <br /> and involving various governmental and non-governmental agencies and organizations, the county <br /> can update the plan and benefit the community. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff recommends that the Board direct staff to coordinate with the Progressive Civic League of <br /> Gifford, interested residents, and other interested organizations to update the Gifford Neighborhood <br /> Plan. <br /> ATTACHMENTS <br /> 1.
