Land Use Designation: M-1, Medium -Density Residential 1 (up <br />to 8 units per acre) <br />4. Existing Building Area: 24,517 sq. ft. or 1.46% of the site <br />5. Existing Impervious Area: 73,488 sq. ft. of 4.4% of the site <br />6. Open Space Required: 1,006,236 sq. ft. or 60% of the <br />development area. <br />Provided: 1,603,572 sq. ft. or 95.6% of the <br />development area. <br />7. Traffic Circulation: The site is accessed from State Road 60 <br />with a single two-way drive. This access was previously <br />approved by the Public Works Department. The 25 spaces required for the day care <br />and primary school uses will be included with the <br />spaces required for the church use, since the two <br />uses will not be active at the same time. <br />9. Stormwater Management: The Stormwater Management Plan- was <br />previously approved by the Public Works Department, and a Type <br />"A" Stormwater Permit was effectively issued. <br />10. Landscape Plan: The existing landscaping for the project <br />complies with the landscape plan approved with the project's <br />previous site plan. As no new development is proposed, <br />updating the landscape plan is not required. <br />11. Utilities: The project is currently served by public water <br />and wastewater service. The Utilities Department has not <br />accepted the project's sewer line as the sewer line was not <br />constructed completely within an existing utility easement. <br />The applicant must execute one of the following options: <br />22 <br />
