Stormwater Management: The Stormwater Management Plan- was <br />previously approved by the Public Works Department, and a Type <br />"A" Stormwater Permit was effectively issued. <br />10. Landscape Plan: The existing landscaping for the project <br />complies with the landscape plan approved with the project's <br />previous site plan. As no new development is proposed, <br />updating the landscape plan is not required. <br />11. Utilities: The project is currently served by public water <br />and wastewater service.
