No rooms within the school shall be regularly used for <br />the housing of students when located in a Single Family <br />Residential District. <br />f. The facilities shall have a Type "C" buffer in the A-1, <br />A-2, A-3, RFD, RS -1, RS -2, RS -3 and RS -6 Districts. <br />All of these criteria have been addressed and are satisfied by <br />the application. Staff has determined that the required Type <br />"C" Buffer requirement is met by the combination of existing <br />vegetation on the site and by the existing setback of over <br />550' between the facilities and the adjacent shared property <br />lines. <br />16. Concurrency Management: Since the project currently exists <br />and no new development is proposed, the project is exempt from <br />the County's concurrency requirements. <br />17. Surrounding Land Use and Zoning: <br />North: S.R.60/Vista Plantation Residential and Commercial <br />Development; RM -4, Residential Multiple -Family (up <br />to 4 units per acre) and CN, Commercial Node <br />South: Vacant Land, Groves/A-1 Agriculture 1 <br />East: Vacant Land, Groves/A-1, Agriculture 1 <br />West: Vacant Land, Groves and one single-family " <br />residence/A-1, Agriculture 1 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Based on the analysis performed, staff recommends the Board of <br />County Commissioners grant special exception use approval for the <br />existing primary school use. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone wished to be heard. There were <br />none, and he thereupon closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously granted <br />Special Exception Use approval for an existing <br />primary school as requested by the Central Assembly <br />of God. <br />SILVER OAKS ESTATES WATER LINE EXTENSION (RESOLUTION III) <br />The hour of 9:05 o'clock A.M. having passed, the Deputy <br />Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of Publication <br />attached, to -wit: <br />24 <br />
