The facilities shall have a Type "C" buffer in the A-1, <br />A-2, A-3, RFD, RS -1, RS -2, RS -3 and RS -6 Districts. <br />All of these criteria have been addressed and are satisfied by <br />the application. Staff has determined that the required Type <br />"C" Buffer requirement is met by the combination of existing <br />vegetation on the site and by the existing setback of over <br />550' between the facilities and the adjacent shared property <br />lines. <br />16. Concurrency Management: Since the project currently exists <br />and no new development is proposed, the project is exempt from <br />the County's concurrency requirements. <br />17.
