UW -90 -16 -DS <br />BACKGROUND <br />On May 7, 1991, the Board of County Commissioners approved Resolution <br />91-53 and Resolution 91-54, which contained the preliminary assessment <br />roll and set the public hearing date for the subject project. <br />Resolution 91-53 (attached) was published in the Press Journal on May <br />13, 1991. <br />Homeowners have been notified of the public hearing by certified <br />mail.
