Thompson, P.E. <br />Capital Projects Manager <br />SUBJECT: Testing Services Ranking <br />Indian River Boulevard Phase III <br />DATE: May 17, 1991 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Indian River County solicited Letters of Interest from <br />Professional Engineering and Testing firms to provide <br />testing services during the construction of Indian River <br />Boulevard from SR 60 to Barber Avenue (37th Street). <br />The selection committee consisted of Maggie Bowman, County <br />Commissioner; Wilson Weatherington, Field Operations <br />Coordinator; and myself. The Committee reviewed submittals, <br />short-listed three firms and interviewed the short-listed <br />firms. The resultant ranking of firms by the selection <br />committee is as follows: <br />1. Jammal & Associates, Inc. <br />2. Fraser Engineering and Testing, Inc. <br />3. Ardaman & Associates, Inc. <br />RECONIMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />The committee recommends that staff be authorized to <br />negotiate a contract with the highest ranked firm.
