J U N Is 1991 <br />BOOK 83 PACE d811 <br />The existing traffic volume on this segment of Indian River <br />Boulevard is 800 trips (peak hour/peak season/peak direction). The <br />additional 316 peak hour/peak season/peak direction trips created <br />by the proposed comprehensive plan amendment will increase the <br />total peak hour/peak season/peak direction trips for this segment <br />of Indian River Boulevard by approximately 44 peak hour/peak <br />season/peak direction trips. <br />Based upon staff analysis, it was determined that Indian River <br />Boulevard and other roadways serving the project can accommodate <br />the additional trips without decreasing the existing level of <br />service. Impacted roadways are defined in the county's Land <br />Development Regulations as roadway segments which receive five <br />percent (5%) or more of daily project traffic or fifty (50) or more <br />daily project trips, whichever is less. <br />The table below identifies each of the impacted roadway segments <br />associated with this proposed amendment.
