Chdler- <br />an <br />FRO . County Administrator REFERENCES: <br />Attached is a request from the City of Sebastian for an additional $24,863.50 <br />for the Barber Street Sports Complex. <br />:. A total of $75.436.99 had been expended by the County in prior years for the <br />project. in FY 90-91,135,000 was budgeted by the County. For the reasons <br />outlined in the City Manager's letter, the City exceeded the project budget. <br />I had previously advised the City Manager, that 'due to our budget <br />constraints I could not recommend a payment above the amount budgeted. - If <br />the additional funding is considered, an allocation from the MSTU contingency <br />would be required. <br />For FY 91-92, $25,000 has been budgeted for the project. _ <br />County Administrator Chandler recommended against the - <br />additional funds because of tight budgets in the coming fiscal year -= <br />and the fact the funding for this project is entirely consistent <br />with funding levels proposed county -wide.
