OCT 2 2 1991 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />10 feet (101) of additional right of way is needed along 43rd <br />Avenue for compliance with the approved comprehensive plan. The <br />value of the 4,002 square foot right of way, based on $.62 per <br />square foot, is $2,481.00. <br />Pursuant to the property owner's letter of September 16, 1991 to <br />Carter Associates, Inc., the owner is willing to sell the proposed <br />10 foot (101) right of way to Indian River County for the amount <br />,equal to the traffic impact fee for this site. <br />since this fee has alreay been paid, a direct purchase is <br />^recommended. _ <br />;RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />Staff requests authorization for $2,348.11,.to purchase the 10' <br />right of way to the County. <br />Commissioner Eggert asked which of the two amounts mentioned <br />in the memo is correct, and Director Davis confirmed that the <br />correct figure is $2,348.11, which is the amount of the impact <br />fee. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously authorized <br />the purchase of the 10 -ft. right-of-way in the amount <br />of $2,348.11, as recommended by staff. <br />AS -BUILT RESOLUTIONS 8 ASSESSMENT ROLLS FOR PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO 15TH PLACE, 35TH AVENUE, AND 85TH AVENUE <br />--------------------------------------------------------- <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 10/14/91: <br />TO: James Chandler DATE: October 14, 1991 <br />County Administrator <br />THROUGH: James W.
