ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously <br />approved the contract with Archaeological and <br />Historical Conservancy, Inc., in the amount of <br />$14,500 and authorized the Chairman to execute the <br />contract, as recommended by staff. <br />COPY OF SAID CONTRACT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />E. Request for Extension of Oak Terrace Subdivision Land <br />Development Permit No. 058 <br />The Board reviewed memo from Civil Engineer David Cox dated <br />December 6, 1991: <br />TO: James Chandler <br />- County Administrator <br />THROUGH: James W. Davis, P.E. <br />:-Public Works Directo <br />and <br />Roger D. Cain, P. <br />County Engineer <br />FROM: David B. Cox, P.E <br />Civil Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Request for Extension of Oak Terrace Subdivision <br />Land Development -Permit No. 058 <br />REFERENCE: SD -85-09-58 <br />DATE: December 6, 1991 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS =. <br />Land Development Permit No. 058 was issued on December 19, 1988.to <br />Mr. Peter Sabonjohn to construct the subject 18.72 acre, 42 '--lot <br />subdivision: Oak Terrace Subdivision is located south:'of Oakridge <br />Subdivision Unit No. 2, on 6th Court SW, along the east right-of- <br />way line of I.R.F.W.0.'D. Lateral J Canal. Because construction is <br />not complete, the permit expired on June 19, 1990, eighteen months <br />.after the approval date. [913.07(5)(J)] <br />On April 12, 1991, Mr. Sabonjohn submitted a written request for an <br />extension of the permit. Preparation of staff's recommendation on <br />:the request has been delayed until Mr. Sabonjohn provided the <br />Planning Division with written verification regarding the status of <br />mobile home and trailer structures on the site being used for <br />storage and residences, as well as an existing house located on or <br />near a right-of-way to be platted. On November 7, 1991, the <br />Planning Division accepted Mr. Sabonjohn's written agreement to <br />terminate all existing non -conformities (e.g. mobile homes on the <br />site} prior to scheduling the project for Final Plat Approval. <br />Thus, Mr. Sabonjohn is obligated -to remove the mobile homes from <br />the site and correct other non -conformities occurring on the site, <br />prior to scheduling the project for Final Plat Approval. <br />7 <br />L_ 0 EEC 1 17 19 91 <br />BOOK ) F'Aut Liu <br />Am <br />
