IIS -91 -21 -CS <br />BACKGROUND <br />On October 1, 1991, the Board of County Commissioners approved a <br />contract under our Labor Bid for the connection of the Sebastian <br />Elementary School to the County sewer system. The contract was with <br />Driveways, Inc., in the amount of $1,094.50. This work has now been <br />completed (see attached agenda item and minutes dated October 1, <br />1991). <br />ANALYSIS <br />Driveways, Inc., has successfully completed its contract relative to <br />the Sebastian Elementary School sewer connection. Attached is a <br />copy of the final pay request in the -amount of $161.65; we are now <br />requesting authorization to make final payment to the contractor. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the <br />Board of County Commissioners approve the final pay request to <br />Driveways, Inc., in the amount of $161.65. <br />24 <br />
